Having listened to the sound clips I must say that it sounds like a cross between a carefully controlled cacophony and careless catastrophic coughing. Wow, I never thought I would hear Lawrence Welk on acid. Since I live in CT, it is most impractical to travel to CA just to see the band. However, do feel free to send a round-trip ticket at your leisure should you have the need arise for me to witness this most unconventional polka-mania. As a fellow polka type dude I say "It's not how good you polka, it's how many useless notes you can fit in 1 measure."

Greetings from Cleveland, Ohio! Home of the Polka Hall-of-Fame! (really). Just wanted to let you all know what a great thing you are doing for the Polka Industry. In Cleveland, you have to be wearing tet-hose or orthopedic shoes to get into most of the bands around here. Don't get me wrong, Polka jam, but they must be conveyed through the proper medium (such as Polkacide)! If anyone wants to talk Polkas, feel free to send me a line. Maybe you guys can play at the annual Polka Hall-of-Fame awards this Thanksgiving. It's an annual affair that pulls Polka-heads in from all over the country. It kicks. I know the people who run the show. Give me the word and I'll get the word out to them!

Thanks to all who have asked about getting a Polkacide CD/Cassette.

Our original CD is unfortunately out of print but a new one is in the works. I will be happy to let you know when it is available. Just drop us an e. We would love to tour the country and hope that with the new CD we'll be able to line up a tour.
